This year's collection of background sounds that can help me calm down:

When working, or when thinking and reading alone, a little background music can make one much more focused and relaxed, and brainwaves can be brought back to oneself.

I personally prefer a few types:

1️⃣ Meditation music, suitable for before bedtime and emptying the mind;

2️⃣ Sounds of rain, forests, lakes and other white noises, suitable for reading and thinking;

3️⃣ Electronic ambiance, interstellar travel, murky city sounds, suitable for deep work when concentration is needed;

4️⃣ Handpan and piano, suitable for being quiet alone for a while, drinking tea and daydreaming.

Sharing with friends who also need quiet, focus, and a sense of order restored.

May we all leave ourselves a bit of quiet space in this noisy world.
