Have you noticed that we often say "health" during the Dragon Boat Festival? It’s actually quite interesting; it seems like only during the Dragon Boat Festival do people say health, while for other festivals, we say happiness.

So why is that? I specifically looked it up.

It turns out that the essence of the Dragon Boat Festival is quite different from the "reunion and celebration type festivals" like the Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Lantern Festival.

The Dragon Boat Festival is more like a holiday for "disaster avoidance, praying for safety, and commemoration."

Health means not being easily disturbed by external fluctuations; safety means being able to maintain your physical health, mindset, relationships, and cash flow.

Isn’t this the underlying logic of investment?

Before living well, one must first live steadily;
