Looking at today's market analysis, Ether dropped from the high point of 2464 all the way down to 2218 and rebounded to 2423, forming a standard M-top. Currently, the market is around 2107. The range from 2130 to 2150 is an important fluctuation platform during the previous decline. If the price can hold here, it will reverse the trend and initiate a rebound. However, the KDJ three lines are currently converging at a low position, and the MACD is still showing bearish volume, indicating that the daily downward trend has not completely reversed. The short-term rebound is more about correction, so don't blindly chase high prices.
It is recommended to enter short positions around 2110-2130, targeting 2060-2030, and if broken, look for 2010-1980.
Bitcoin also rose from 64930 to 82800, forming a double top pattern, which is also a relatively standard bearish signal. 75000 is a key support level below. On Saturday, the price briefly broke this position and then performed a rebound, but 78000 to 78500 is still an upper resistance level. It is difficult for the price to break through here in one go after rebounding, so this is also our opportunity to short again. Similarly, in the four-hour chart, although the MACD shows increasing red bars, the KDJ indicator has already entered the overbought range, indicating that the short-term rebound has reached its peak and could turn down at any time.
