Yesterday I slept for nine hours and came back to life. Recovery reached 88%, and sleep quality was over 80%!

Everything else is secondary!
The trip to Hong Kong was arranged quite leisurely, more or less at my own pace. I am still grateful for everyone's hospitality and to all the new and old friends I met. After breakfast, I decided to leave first and wish everyone can achieve the better results they desire this year.
