The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Ghalibaf, issued a statement

The 10-point proposal of the Islamic Republic of Iran serves as a "feasible basis for negotiation" and is also the main framework for the talks.

However, so far, three provisions of this proposal have been violated:

1. The first clause of the 10-point proposal regarding the ceasefire in Lebanon has not been complied with. Prime Minister Sheikh Bazi Sharif also explicitly mentioned and announced this commitment for an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire, including Lebanon and other regions, to take effect immediately.

2. An invading drone entered Iranian airspace and was shot down in the city of Lar, Fars province, which clearly violates the provision prohibiting any further infringement of Iranian airspace.

3. The denial of Iran’s right to conduct uranium enrichment, which has been included in the sixth clause of the framework.

Now, even that which could serve as a basis for negotiation has been publicly and clearly violated before the talks have even begun.

In this situation, a bilateral ceasefire or negotiations are unreasonable.
