The Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament condemned Israel's latest round of airstrikes as a complete war crime. Just hours after the United States and Iran reached a ceasefire agreement, Beirut experienced the largest attack to date.

Nabi Berri stated that these airstrikes targeted large areas in the southern suburbs of Beirut, the Bekaa Valley, the Lebanese Mountains, Sidon, and several villages in southern Lebanon, resulting in casualties among hundreds of civilians in densely populated communities.

Berri said, "Today's crime is a severe test for the international community and a blatant challenge to all international laws, norms, and conventions. Israel continues to target civilians, openly violating these international standards."
