The noble Iranian people must know that, with their children's sacred struggle and their historic presence on the battlefield, the enemy has been begging for over a month to stop the fierce firepower of Iran and the resistance forces. However, national officials made a decision from the outset to continue the war until the objectives are achieved—among which is to make the enemy feel regret and despair and to eliminate the long-term threat to the nation—therefore rejecting all these requests. The war has continued to this day, marking the 40th day. Meanwhile, Iran has repeatedly rejected the deadlines set by the American president and has emphasized that it is utterly indifferent to any form of deadlines imposed by the enemy.

Today, we bring good news to the great Iranian people: most of the objectives of this war have been almost achieved, and your brave sons and daughters have pushed the enemy into historical incompetence and permanent defeat. This historic decision made by Iran, supported unanimously by all the people, is that as long as necessary, this battle will continue until its significant results are solidified and a new security and political order is established in the region based on the recognition of Iran and the sovereignty of the resistance axis.

In this context, based on the instructions of the esteemed leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Mujtaba Khamenei (may God protect him), and with the approval of the Supreme National Security Council, considering the battlefield advantages of Iran and the resistance axis, and the enemy's inability to fulfill its threats despite its bluster, and having formally accepted all the legitimate demands of the Iranian people, it has been decided to hold negotiations in Islamabad to finalize the details, and to politically consolidate Iran's victory on the battlefield through negotiations within no more than 15 days.

In this context, after rejecting all proposals from the enemy, Iran has drafted a 10-point plan, submitted to the US through Pakistan, highlighting several core points, including:

1. An orderly passage through the Strait of Hormuz in coordination with the Iranian armed forces, which will grant Iran a unique economic and geopolitical position.

2. The war against all components of the resistance axis must end, which means a historic failure of the Israeli entity's aggression.

3. The withdrawal of US combat forces from all bases and deployment points in the region.

4. Establishing a safety passage agreement for the Strait of Hormuz, ensuring Iran's control under this agreement.

5. Full compensation to Iran based on assessments.

6. Lifting all primary and secondary sanctions, as well as relevant resolutions of the councils and the Security Council.

7. The release of all Iranian funds and assets frozen abroad.

Finally, all these terms will be written into a binding resolution of the United Nations Security Council. It is worth mentioning that once this resolution is approved, these understandings will be transformed into binding international law and constitute an important diplomatic victory for the Iranian people.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan has informed Iran that despite the American side issuing threats on the surface, it has accepted these principles as a basis for negotiations and has made concessions to the will of the Iranian people. Based on this, the highest level has decided that Iran will conduct two weeks of negotiations with the US in Islamabad, based only on these principles. It emphasized that this does not mean the end of the war, as Iran will only accept the war's conclusion after the specific details of these principles are completed in final negotiations.

Despite complete distrust of the American side, these negotiations will begin on Friday, April 21, in Islamabad. Iran has set a two-week timeframe for this, which can be extended if both sides agree. During this period, complete national unity must be maintained, and victory must be continually celebrated strongly. These negotiations are national-level talks and are part of the continuation of the battlefield. It is necessary for all people, elites, and political factions to trust this process, which is supervised by the revolutionary leader and the highest levels of the system, and to support it, while strongly avoiding any statements that could cause division.
