Why does it drop as soon as you buy?

AI summarizes in 5 seconds.

Let’s get into today’s live broadcast topic, and let’s talk about a painful topic: Why do you always buy and the price drops, sell and the price rises?

Many friends must have had this frustrating experience:

After a difficult watch for an entry point, as soon as you buy, the price plummets;

You grit your teeth and cut your losses, and immediately it surges.

It’s extremely difficult to make money, but losing money happens swiftly, and it always feels like the whales are watching your small capital.

But I’ll be honest with you:

This really isn’t about your bad luck, nor is it about the market targeting you; the core issue is the information gap.

The actions of the main players are already ahead of the market trends; it’s just that we ordinary people cannot see or understand, and in the end, we can only passively take over and chase after being hit.

Today, I will use recent real trading cases to help you clarify: How do the main players set traps step by step, causing us to repeatedly “buy at the peak and sell at the bottom”?

We will focus on just two key metrics, which are also the two most critical indicators for our AiCoin PRO members:

  • Large Transactions: Tracking the main players' real market buy and sell orders

  • Main Player Large Order Tracking: Monitoring large limit orders, cancellations, and actual transactions

First, let’s discuss the first question: How does the main player step by step make retail investors take over?

The ideal trade is to sell high and buy low, but the reality is:

Most people don't buy in the wrong direction; instead, they accurately buy at positions where the main player is unloading.

Let’s take a very typical case:

From 12:09 to 12:44 on March 31, in the Binance BTC spot market, the main player executed three market sell orders exceeding 6 million dollars each within just 35 minutes, totaling 20.66 million dollars, with an average selling price of 67,646 dollars.

If you only look at ordinary candlesticks, you will only see the trading volume increase and think that funds are coming in.

But in the large transaction data, you can see at a glance: these are all market sell orders, and the main player is blatantly unloading.

The result was quickly verified: BTC immediately fell, with a decline of 2.1%.

Once the main player sells a concentrated market sell, the market often drops quickly.

If you had set up a large transaction alert in advance, the PC and APP would prompt you at the first time; this is today’s latest buy order alert.

In the future, whenever you see sudden increases in trading volume, make sure to combine these two indicators to assess whether the main player is buying or selling.

If it’s a contract, you also need to look at the open interest difference:

  • When the spot has large market orders, it’s a clear long-short signal

  • When the contract has large orders, it may be closing long/short, and you must look at the open interest difference to determine its nature

I mainly track large orders from four platforms, clearly divided:

  • Binance, OKX: represents the Asian market funds

  • Coinbase, Kraken: represents the institutional funds of the American market

I also provide you with the threshold values:

  • Binance: Focus on contracts ≥30 million, spot ≥10 million

  • The other three: ≥5 million is worth monitoring

Simply looking at orders is not useful; final transactions are the real deal.

If orders are cancelled midway, or the price is changed and then re-ordered, it indicates a change in the main player’s attitude.

In addition to single large transactions, dense transactions should also be taken seriously.

For example, last night’s SOL was a textbook case:

At 19:41, the main player executed 14 spot buy orders within 1 minute, totaling 8.28 million dollars, with an average price of 80.5.

This level of density is 100% a main player action.

After that, SOL immediately rebounded powerfully, with an increase of over 4.8%.

Recently, the dense transaction signals for SOL have been particularly accurate:

Dense spot selling → drop

Dense spot buying → rise

Apart from directly using market orders to crash the market or accumulate, the main player has another common tactic:

Using order walls to trick you into selling or cutting losses.

Many people look at the order book, and as soon as they see a large pile of sell orders above, they panic: There’s so much selling pressure, quick run!

As a result, as soon as they sell, the price shoots up, perfectly missing the opportunity.

At this point, we need to use our Main Player Large Order Tracking indicator:

Order walls ≠ true market crashes; the signals are often the opposite.

Look at the classic case of Binance ETH perpetual contracts:

On March 30, the main player set up a dense sell order wall between 2060 and 2080.

Ordinary people see this and think: overwhelming pressure, let's run.

But experienced players know: High sell order walls usually mean a rise followed by a fall— the main player needs to pull the price up to execute these sell orders.

The result fully matches: ETH first surged to 2086, before falling back to 2010.

Conversely, buy order walls generally mean falling first and then rising.

On March 29, Binance, OKX, and Coinbase simultaneously had large buy order walls, and Coinbase displayed an order wall at the 65000 position for a full two days.

The next morning, BTC directly spiked to 65000, executing precisely.

Many false supports and resistances are actually decoy orders: they are there to lure you in, only to be cancelled directly.

These real-time signals will also be synchronized for reminders in our main player community, definitely not just after-the-fact commentary.

At this point, the answer is already clear:

Why do you always see the price drop as soon as you buy?

Because you only look at candlesticks, moving averages, trends, and rely on instincts to trade;

While the main players are using: large market orders + order walls + deep cancellations, precisely controlling the rhythm.

All market movements have early signals before they start, it just depends on whether you can see and use them.

My current trading strategy is very simple:

Keep a close eye on large market orders in the spot market + main player order behavior + chip peak support and resistance, and your winning rate will significantly increase.

I previously reminded that the historical chip resistance for TAO was at 373, and it was precisely triggered that night; this is how it works.

Finally, let’s summarize the uses of the two core PRO indicators:

  1. Large Transaction Monitoring

Keep an eye on Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, with spot market orders ≥5 million dollars, especially during the American market session when CB institutions often start the market.

  2. Main Player Large Order Tracking

Look at cross-platform orders, cancellations, and actual transactions to clearly see the main player’s advance layout traces.

The previously circulated “Target Brother opens long with 100 million dollars” is also very clear in our large order system; I generally directly enable cross-platform monitoring.

That’s all for today; understanding the true behavior of the main players is the way to break free from the cycle of “buying leads to a drop, selling leads to a rise”.

If you have any questions about these two indicators, feel free to discuss them in the PRO group.
