Good evening, fellow Americans. First, I want to congratulate the team at NASA and our brave astronauts on the successful launch of Artemis II, which is an extraordinary achievement. It will journey further than any manned rocket has before, vastly circumnavigating the Moon and returning to Earth from an unprecedented distance. It’s amazing. They’re on their way, God bless them, these are brave individuals. God bless these four incredible astronauts.

As we discuss this matter tonight, it has been exactly one month since the U.S. military launched Operation Epic Fury against Iran, the world’s number one state sponsor of terrorism. Over the past four weeks, our armed forces have achieved rapid, decisive, and overwhelming victories on the battlefield. These victories are unprecedented.

Tonight, the Iranian Navy no longer exists. Their Air Force is in ruins. Most of their leaders of terrorist regimes are now dead. The command and control system of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is being destroyed as we speak. Their ability to launch missiles and drones is significantly curtailed. Their weapons, factories, and rocket launchers are being blown to bits. There is very little left.

In the history of warfare, no enemy has ever suffered such clear and devastating mass losses in just a few weeks. Our enemies are in retreat, and America, having been victorious throughout my five years as president, is now more unprecedentedly victorious than ever.
