Jason believes Equities haven't priced in what's already happened

"I still think there's probably higher likelihood to downside in the short to near term than upside. If I had a bunch of things that were down a couple percent and we rallied, I'd probably sell and look at it as a nice gift to get out closer to break even and then reassess."
