Discussing the issue of health should not remain on a very superficial level: what to eat, what to supplement, how to sleep.
What should be focused on is a phenomenon:
Modern people have massively entered a distorted state of existence: the efficiency of the external world is increasing exponentially, but the human body system has hardly evolved at all.
For most of human history, what was truly deadly were infections, famine, and trauma; it was the external world's destruction of the body.
But what are you facing today?
Information is in unlimited supply
Stimulation is continuous
Pressure is long-lasting
Food is consumed in excess
What limited you in the past was "scarcity," but now it is "excess" that is consuming you.
I suggest starting from these directions to improve sub-health living conditions—
1⃣ Set aside a fixed time every day to completely detach from the work environment, like my current habit of walking 10,000 steps a day, only listening to music, and absolutely not taking out my phone to work.
2⃣ Choose a few fixed combinations of breakfast/lunch foods to reduce unnecessary decisions + stabilize metabolism, and avoid mindlessly eating throughout the day.
3⃣ Drink coffee only in the morning, and stop consuming caffeine after 3 PM.
4⃣ The ice bath recommended by friends can be done in a simple version: at the end of a shower, rinse with cold water for 20 seconds; I personally feel it is beneficial for the circulatory system.
5⃣ Cut out half of the meaningless social interactions each week, choose to be alone or to establish deeper connections, which is beneficial for energy recovery.
6⃣ Be sure to establish a long-term hobby; this is very crucial for long-term well-being. If all your activities are directed toward making money/efficiency/results, you will more easily fall into fatigue.
