Right now, I'm telling you that bear markets have rallies.

Rallies during downtrends are NOT buying opportunities, unless the rally flips price back into an uptrend.

Instead, I'd rather buy short-term capitulation moments during downtrends, once long-term accumulation signals have flashed or if price is retesting key long-term support levels (both structural support AND dynamic support).

What do I mean by dynamic support?

The 200-week moving average.

What do I mean by "flip price back into an uptrend"?

I need to see price get above the 2-day 200 MA cloud.

What do I mean buy accumulation signals?
