Today let’s change to a relaxed pace, specially for new friends who have just started, to quickly grasp the on-chain market.
Old fans should have heard of this method, but that's okay; everyone can share their experiences in the discussion area, and we can exchange thoughts together.
What I want to explain to you today is how to easily identify on-chain market trends using the OKX wallet’s features. In fact, it just takes three simple steps, which are particularly easy to remember.
By the way, do you all have the OKX wallet? If not, hurry up and install it.

Without further ado, let’s directly get into the main topic—the “Three Looks” principle. This is an exclusive strategy derived from a comprehensive analysis of a large amount of data by our research institute.
First, let me show you a concrete result: the market signals filtered out by our research institute using the Three Looks principle. How has the performance been during this period after the New Year? The latest signals show that a large number of positions are currently being built, with current profits reaching 53%, plus an additional 8% profit. It seems that our Three Looks principle is indeed reliable.
Moreover, this batch of smart money identified by the Three Looks principle has particularly frequent trading dynamics. Everyone should pay more attention to their on-chain activities. If a target you are also watching happens to match up, you can follow along and easily make a little profit!

In fact, the core of this Three Looks principle is to help everyone identify high-quality smart money addresses on-chain. The most worry-free approach to on-chain investment is to learn to leverage others, and the best subjects to leverage are these on-chain smart money. So our first step is to act like detectives, filtering out those low-quality addresses and keeping only the truly valuable ones. I summed up this filtering logic into three words: Exclude, Lock, Rank.
By the way, to use this “Three Looks Principle,” you need to use the OKX wallet.
Open the OKX Web3 webpage, and I took a screenshot for you. Also, just a note to mention, the OKX wallet now has a large number of U.S. stocks available, and the investment threshold for U.S. stocks has been ridiculously lowered; you can buy them directly with the wallet, which is especially convenient.

No more interruptions, let’s continue with the Three Looks principle, step by step, to ensure everyone can learn it.
The first look is “Exclude”—filter out those “bots” and robot addresses. For example, common arbitrage robots (Sniper Bots), and those broad-net “bot” addresses, which have obvious characteristics: a particularly large number of transactions or trading pairs, but with very little depth in transactions. To put it plainly, they only earn some small short-term profits and are not worth tracking in the long term. The operation is very simple: after finding these addresses, use the “Hide” feature in the wallet to remove them, keeping your address list cleaner and avoiding interference.

Like this, some new friends may not know how to find this entry, but it’s actually very simple. Click on Market, then click on Address Radar. Has anyone used this feature? I’ve mentioned this principle twice in live streams last year, and our research institute has practiced it many times, with quite good results.

Next is the second look—“Lock,” focusing on the addresses’ balance and activity. First is the balance: if an address’s on-chain balance is already zero, it indicates that this address has long been abandoned. Tracking it is no longer meaningful; you must lock onto addresses with sufficient balances. Then there's activity: check if this address has had any transactions in the last day or three days, and the last active time should not be too long ago. This way, we can ensure it is a “smart money” address that is still functioning normally.
I’ll show you an image that’s easy to understand.

You can click in to check each address left after the first look, keeping the quality addresses. I’ll find a few addresses to demonstrate; if you’re also interested and have opened the OKX wallet’s web version, feel free to follow along with me.
You see, there must be money here; looking at this one is the same principle: focus on balance and activity, and you can filter out quality addresses.

Next is the third look. Mastering the final technique means we are fully initiated. The third look is “Rank”—find the true “diamond hands” among the quality addresses.
After the first two looks, the addresses you have filtered are already of high quality. Next, what we need to do is to pick the best ones among them, and the method is simple: sorting! Focus on addresses with high winning rates and high PnL (profit and loss); those that excel in both dimensions are the “diamond hands” we should pursue; they are quality addresses with stable profit-making capabilities.
Here’s an image for everyone. This is the good address filtered out by Address Radar, just sort by winning rate and PnL, and you can select the top ones from the good addresses.

After completing these three looks, finally import the remaining good addresses for tracking, to conduct comprehensive monitoring and follow-up trades, just like this.

Once imported for tracking, we can see the on-chain market intuitively, no matter what coin we buy, it will be much more reassuring, and we will clearly know when to sell. Honestly, as long as you do well in these three looks, defeating 80% of on-chain investors is really not hard.

Lastly, here’s a little tip for you all: if after completing the three looks you still feel a bit hesitant and are unsure about purchasing coins, check the data in this section. This data provides a comprehensive assessment of the coin types. I have previously mentioned in the live stream how to use this data to judge whether a coin is high-quality or not; you can check the live stream review to brush up on the knowledge points.

The Three Looks principle shared here concludes, and this is a ready-made on-chain analysis method. I hope it suits you and even more, I hope everyone can genuinely make money from it!
