Question: As an older person, there is no need to necessarily integrate into the circle of young people, just do well in your own self.

Answer: The people I interact with now are mostly young people. Many young friends know about my business in the hillside, and there are many more young people around than middle-aged and older ones, especially those who are working; mutual understanding can lead to better cooperation.

Question: Why should older individuals cater to young people?

Some friends say that writing this kind of thing is itself a symbol of being greasy, and that is not wrong. I felt that way after finishing my writing as well, but when I write, my first intention is always to please myself; I just need to know how to get along with young people.

Answer: Show off less, be more low-key. Speak less, listen more. Devalue less, uplift more. Mock less, encourage more. Educate less, help more.

This is not only a way to interact with young people but also a way to interact with others.
