Since Bitcoin peaked at $126,000 in October 2025, it has been fluctuating downwards, and by February 2026, it had halved to around $60,000. In just a few months, the retracement has been astonishing, and the market has already fallen below the 2025 low. Lihui believes that since it has come down, it is relatively friendly for spot positioning, and recently a rebound of 10,000 points has been achieved. Returning to the 78,000-80,000 range this month should not be a big problem.
In the short term for Ethereum, we need to see if it can break through the upper track and MA60 on the 4-hour chart. If it breaks through, there is a possibility of reaching the 2400-2600 range this week. Currently, the Bollinger Bands are opening upwards, with MA30 and MA15 providing cross support below, and the middle track showing a rising support signal, which can serve as a good support range for short-term long contracts.
Whether the bulls can break out depends on whether the daily chart K-line can stabilize above MA15 and the middle track line. The fast and slow lines on the daily level are in a second convergence pattern, showing a bottom reversal signal, but the Bollinger Bands are still trending downwards without any signs of turning. Lihui suggests that if the daily MA15 and middle track cannot stabilize, there may still be opportunities to position for long-term short trades!
