Cosmos considers monetizing the Cosmos SDK's adoption by major institutions (banks, Fortune 500s, governments).

The Cosmos SDK is used by Ondo Finance, Babylon (BTC restaking), dYdX, Stable (skem), Cronos (crypto com), Celestia, Injective, and the list goes on.

Yet $ATOM gets none of the upside.

So Cosmos is looking for proposals to make $ATOM an exposure asset from the network effects of Cosmos SDK adoption.
