I just posted 12+ index, sector & thematic ETFs.

All of them made new all-time highs this week and/or secured their highest weekly close ever.

Asset prices are a discounting mechanism.

They discount future cash flows with an interest rate into the present, based on all known and unknown risks.

Therefore, asset prices THEMSELVES are the best tool that we have to forecast the future.

So if we want to invest & create arbitrage (buy today and sell in the future at a higher price), then using asset prices to identify opportunities, manage risk, and analyze market behavior is the BEST way to achieve arbitrage.

Asset prices are a crystal ball.

They aren't perfect.

Nothing is.

But they are the best tool we have, for those of us who are willing to listen.
