Finally made it to the top 3 of the @Theo_Network rankings!

I was once in a predicament where I had no angle to write from.

Later, inspired by Foucault's "archaeology of knowledge," I gained a lot.

Traditional archaeology digs up artifacts, while Foucault digs into layers of discourse.

He does not make value judgments, nor does he say which layer is more advanced or more backward.

He simply describes how they operate and how they are shaped by power.

The real Web3 world is also a battleground of multi-layered discourse systems:

The narrative discourse of the project parties

The valuation discourse of capital

The implementation discourse of technology

Each layer has its own operational logic and is shaped by different powers.

Foucault teaches us

Not to rush to take sides, but to first understand how these discourses are formed.

How to operate specifically?

▌Excavate the archaeological layers of the project

Look not only at the white paper but also at the team's background, funding sources, and partners.

These constitute the "prehistory" of the project and determine its genes.

▌Observe the evolution of discourse

How does the narrative of the project change over time?

Which promises have been fulfilled, and which have quietly disappeared?

▌Identify the power structure

Who is driving this project? Who will benefit from it?

Are the interests of capital, the community, and the team aligned?

▌Predict future trends

Based on the existing discourse logic and power structure,

Which direction is the project most likely to develop?

When you stop trying to persuade others, it becomes easier to be trusted.
