1️⃣ Self-correction of the body.

Many years ago, I set three goals for myself:

✨ Don't just make money; build a mechanism that allows money to make money on its own.

✨ Don't just create content; establish your own brand and network effects.

In fact, this content highly overlaps with those goals: health is the foundation, brand is leverage, compound interest is the path, responsibility is the ticket, time is a friend, and you are the underlying asset!

Life is about continuously optimizing these variables, and many people have it backward. In reality, we don't do these things to become better; we do them well, and we naturally become better.

The outside world is always turbulent, cycles are always changing, and the only stable and controllable factor is yourself. You are your most important underlying asset, and investing in yourself is the highest return form of "long-termism."

1) Health = Exercise + Diet + Sleep.

2) Wealth = Income + Compound Interest.

Just making money is not enough; the key is to let money make money on its own.

Leverage, responsibility, personal brand, and irreplaceable skills are the most important "amplifiers" in this era.

Short-term relies on luck, while long-term relies on ability and reputation.

3) Relationships = Trustworthy people + Long-term trust building.

The more you grow, the more you realize that energetic people do not walk alone.

The most valuable thing between people is stable emotional value and trust.
