By 2026, Vietnam is expected to have cryptocurrency exchange licenses. Currently, I have heard that 11 local exchanges are applying for licenses. Personally, I conservatively estimate that by 2030 at the latest, Vietnam is likely to become the most cryptocurrency-friendly country in Southeast Asia.

Of course, Vietnam is not without its issues. The local people's proficiency in Chinese and English is quite poor, and the prevalence of Vietnamese is also low. Additionally, a significant portion of the local Vietnamese population is not very industrious, with Vietnamese women often working harder than Vietnamese men. Furthermore, a considerable number of Vietnamese employees are quite resistant to working beyond eight hours.

I think the most troublesome aspect is that some Vietnamese people have a high propensity for gambling. This might be good for exchanges, but it can be quite problematic for businesses.

Therefore, my personal view is that investment in Vietnam can be increased, but management should not be lax. Vietnam can serve as a springboard for development in Southeast Asia, which can be profitable, but it may be challenging as a foundation.
