From my personal perspective, it is currently difficult to fully assess the reasons for the entry of institutions and hedge funds. However, this stage is indeed a critical turning point for the Federal Reserve. Whether it maintains a tight policy or shifts to a loose one, we will have a clear answer by 2026. For hedge funds and institutional investors that have sold during a cycle, building positions now is a good choice regardless of the reasons; it simply depends on whether they are preparing for short-term or medium-to-long-term strategies.

For cryptocurrency investors, as long as they believe that Bitcoin and tech stocks remain highly correlated, the initial position-building strategies of institutions and hedge funds can be referenced. I also see this as a defensive mechanism. If a decline occurs next, they can gradually buy in according to VIX or monetary strategies. If this is indeed the beginning of a rebound or even a reversal, establishing a base position is also very appropriate.
