It's not that there are more buyers, but rather that the overall changes are not significant, and investors feel more stable about ETH.

In the data for week 70, all U.S. ETH spot ETFs had a net inflow of about 105,000 coins, while in week 69, this data showed a net outflow of 175,000 coins, indicating that investors feel inclined to buy ETH on dips.
