Pi Squared uses zero-knowledge proof (ZK) technology to verify the correctness of any program's execution without relying on specific programming languages or virtual machines. The project was launched in 2023 and is headquartered in Champaign, Illinois, USA. It provides scalable trustless interactions for AI agents, cross-chain applications, and high-frequency trading through parallel declaration settlement, K Framework formal verification, and Proof of Proof technology.
In early July 2024, Pi Squared announced the completion of a $12.5 million seed round financing, led by Polychain Capital, with participation from ABCDE, Bloccelerate, Generative Ventures, and others.
