Being kind to others doesn't necessarily mean being weak.
Shouting and making a fuss every day doesn't necessarily mean being impressive.
Try to be friends with everyone; more friends mean more opportunities.
When I was in South Korea, my deskmate was a certain big shot who had blocked me, yet I still ate, drank, spoke freely, and did what I wanted. I talked just like the big shot and shook hands as well. I invited the big shot to events too. When I saw them, I would take the initiative to greet them.
Even though the other party ignored me, it didn't matter to me. My attitude is like this: I won't fawn over you just because you're impressive, nor will I distance myself from you just because you're unknown, and I certainly won't belittle you just because you're down on your luck. When everyone is friends, it's generally easier to communicate.
It's normal to have some conflicts online; everyone's trading systems are different. If you don't like me, that's fine. I can always be the one to take the first step. While I can't say that I treat those around me like a gentle spring breeze, being with me will likely not lead to awkward silences.
Let's encourage each other.
