When looking at the capital data, it shows that $BTC has already seen a net inflow, but $ETH is still experiencing a net outflow. However, based on the data I have compiled from various official websites, ETH has also already seen a net inflow. Similar to BTC, the main inflow is from Grayscale, whose investors have started to buy the dip. Meanwhile, BlackRock's investors are still the main sellers of ETH, even though BTC has already started to see buying activity, ETH still shows no signs of buying.

Other institutions can be ignored, but there are indeed no signs of selling. Of course, like Bitcoin, a single day's data is hard to represent a shift in traditional investors, and today it continues to test new lows, so investor sentiment is likely not good.
