Today is the first time I’ve gone out without internet. Initially, I was calm and collected, but now I’m rushing around. After connecting to Wi-Fi in the waiting area, I quickly made today’s scheduled investment. If I had internet earlier, I would have made the investment first thing in the morning. At that time, the news from the Senate hadn’t come out yet, which could have saved me a few bucks, but it doesn’t really matter; in the long run, this little bit is insignificant.
This is the 21st month of my scheduled investment, and in three months, it will be two years. Time has flown by so quickly that sometimes I almost forget the original purpose of my investment, which was simply to buy when the day comes. The eight-year goal seems long now, but it might just pass in the blink of an eye.
This time, the price is the cheapest it has been in the last six months. I think many friends might ask why I didn’t buy earlier or why I didn’t wait a bit longer. Essentially, they want to persuade me to buy when it’s cheap, but if I let price fluctuations affect me, then it’s not a scheduled investment. The essence of scheduled investment is to ignore all indicators and price increases and just buy when the time comes.
The difference between buying at $65,000 in March and $69,000 in April isn’t very significant. What matters is being able to buy without hesitation at this time; that’s the core of scheduled investment. After this month’s purchase:

It seems that $SOL is lagging behind, but the inflow of $SOL spot ETFs has been decent in recent days, and investor sentiment is still okay. I wonder if there will be more opportunities to push it further.
There’s nothing else to mention. I’m trying to balance both sides; I want to be strong in both. If the price pulls back, I will buy spot, and I will continue with my monthly scheduled investments. Let’s see how it goes.
