Copy and save these two pieces of information!

Repeat to create a "Close Position" signal:

Follow the same steps, naming it "Close Position".

In the end, you will have two sets of signal information:

  • One set for "Open Long"
  • One set for "Close Position"

Please clearly distinguish between the two sets, or it may lead to signal confusion.

Step 2: Push Signals from TradingView to AiCoin

Goal: Automatically call AiCoin's WebHook when TradingView's strategy is triggered.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Why does my strategy only open positions (buy) and not automatically close positions (sell)?

👉 You have only set the "Open Position" signal! A complete automated strategy requires setting up two independent alerts: one for [Open Position/Buy] and another for [Close Position/Sell].

Q2: Why did TradingView send a signal, but AiCoin did not place an order?

👉 Check if the WebHook corresponds to the correct signal (Open Long/Close Position), or if the AiCoin strategy is enabled.

Q3: How many times do I need to set up if the strategy is both long and short?

👉 Twice, set them up separately. You must create two independent signals on the AiCoin platform: one for "Going Long" (corresponding to Open Long/Close Long alerts) and another for "Going Short" (corresponding to Open Short/Close Short alerts).

Q4: Can I use this feature as a free user of TradingView?

👉 No. Free accounts cannot use Webhook alert push; you need to upgrade to a paid version.
