In a recent article, the Virtuals team introduced the concept of aGDP (Agent GDP), which refers to the total output generated by the collaboration of humans, AI agents, and robots in both digital and physical domains. Traditional GDP measures the total output of human economic activities, but with the advancement of AI and robotics, they believe that an increasing amount of value creation will be accomplished by autonomous agents.

The aGDP concept is based on the integration of three key technologies:

Blockchain: Solving large-scale trust issues

AI: Solving reasoning problems

Robotics: Solving physical execution issues

To this end, Virtuals has made the following efforts:

Launched the iOS app SeeSaw, which collects data through crowdsourced task-oriented hand-object interaction videos.

Invested in the decentralized embodied AI infrastructure @BitRobotNetwork.

In short, Virtuals is clearly optimistic about and investing in the robotics/embodied AI sector.

In addition to the aforementioned projects, @openmind_agi in the robotics sector is also worth paying attention to. It has raised a total of $20 million, led by Pantera Capital, with participation from several institutions including Sequoia China, Coinbase Ventures, DCG, Lightspeed Faction, Primitive Ventures, and Amber Group.

OpenMind's core products, the OM1 operating system and the FABRIC protocol, aim to address the "coordination between machines" problem. This is an important piece of the puzzle for the large-scale application of embodied AI.
