As of now, the foundation holds 100 BNB and 1,000,000 CWS tokens. At least 70% of the treasury assets will be securely cold-stored long-term, while the remaining funds will be strategically deployed in a secure manner to maximize BNB's capital performance.
To ensure transparency, Seascape will publish its total BNB balance and market-adjusted net asset value (mNAV) in real-time on its official website, demonstrating its commitment to openness and accountability in the rapidly changing Web3 world.

Initial Holdings: Initially holding 100 BNB and 1,000,000 CWS, with plans to continue increasing holdings.
Reserve Policy: At least 70% of assets will be securely cold-stored long-term.
Flexibility: Up to 30% of treasury assets may be used for trading activities, liquidity management, or financing opportunities.
Dynamic mNAV Mechanism:
- If mNAV > 1.2 times BNB holdings, financing will be initiated to expand BNB reserves.
- If mNAV is 0.8 times BNB holdings, consideration will be given to repurchasing CWS.
- If mNAV is within the range, BNB holdings will be increased through operational results.
Moving to the Next Stage
Looking ahead, Seascape Foundation will continue to expand its BNB reserves, deepen community building, and launch innovative products that align with the treasury strategy.
The team plans to increase BNB holdings through a combination of market activities and over-the-counter (OTC) trading, while initiating community-led programs to enhance the awareness and adoption of $CWS and $BNB.
On the product front, future plans include launching tokenized tools linked to BNB yields and embedding BNB incentive mechanisms into a new staking model within the ecosystem.
