In fact, staking and lending is quite normal; the key is to manage your positions well. You must not take chances. For example, I do hold $BNSOL, but when I lend, I only dare to use a 50% loan-to-value ratio, and I only dare to borrow using SOL because it has better liquidity. Although it requires paying a bit more interest, the stability is higher. Lending is a good financial product, and so is circular lending; essentially, they are both spot leverage.

It is important to avoid exposing yourself to too much risk, especially with nested assets; you must be particularly cautious. It's quite interesting that when I choose lending assets, I also have $BTC and $BNB on hand, along with a bunch of small altcoins, but I still chose SOL. One reason is that my position in SOL is not very large, and another reason is that subconsciously, I don't want to take risks with BTC and BNB.
