This forum brought together top experts, entrepreneurs, investors, and legal professionals in the fields of artificial intelligence and RWA. Block Valley co-founder Beihai delivered a keynote speech titled "The Impact of RWA on the AI Industry and the World."

In his speech, Beihai delved into the profound impact of on-chain real-world assets (RWA) on artificial intelligence and the global economy. He pointed out that RWA is essentially a mapping of physical assets on the blockchain, which can be seen as "the on-chain avatar of enterprises." The core idea is to leverage blockchain to achieve a "link between virtual and real value," reshaping the ways enterprises are valued, financed, and how assets circulate.

RWA is not only a new financing tool but also a key component of the "blockchain+" strategy for enterprises. By standardizing assets on-chain, it enables efficient, low-cost global issuance and compliant trading, broadening financing channels, enhancing liquidity, and building an asset ecosystem with community consensus. Beihai referred to 2024 as the "Year of RWA," predicting that by 2030, the scale of RWA will reach $16 trillion, far exceeding the total cryptocurrency market. This explosion is attributed to the gradual clarification of policies and the shift in corporate issuance demands from "can we issue" to "how to issue." To address common issues such as business adaptation, rights types, regional compliance, and issuance costs, platforms like PicWe provide resource matching and global distribution support through one-stop issuance services, facilitating efficient implementation of RWA for enterprises.

When explaining the relationship between RWA and artificial intelligence, Beihai proposed the framework "AI is the new productive force, blockchain is the new production relationship." He believes that while AI drives a technological revolution, it must rely on blockchain financial infrastructures like RWA to truly achieve global value flow and monetization. The internet has demonstrated the value of traffic through short videos and live broadcasts, but it still needs to realize "value monetization" through "selling goods." Now, through RWA, "value" can be directly released as liquidity through RWA, sold in the market, and solve pain points such as high fees, cross-border restrictions, and complex processes in traditional finance. PicWe is building a "third-generation financial settlement and payment infrastructure," relying on compliant issuance, smart contracts on-chain, full-chain distribution, and a global secondary market to achieve high liquidity operations for RWA. Importantly, PicWe provides RWA infrastructure support for AI agents—through standard interfaces, future AI can autonomously manage on-chain asset allocation and connect to a global liquidity network, significantly expanding its application capabilities in finance, investment, and cross-border trade scenarios.

Beihai quoted John McCarthy's famous saying: "Once a technology works, people no longer call it AI," emphasizing that the integration of RWA and AI has reached a critical stage, and PicWe is willing to collaborate with AI pioneers to jointly promote this revolution of the value internet.

At the event, PicWe airdropped stablecoin WeUSD and BNB to over 60 leaders in the AI and finance industries, and conducted an initial on-chain interaction experience. Guests not only received on-chain assets but also personally experienced the complete process from registering a Web 3 wallet to on-chain subscribing to US Treasury RWA, feeling the real and actionable blockchain financial innovation.

Block Valley founder Zoe Zhao was invited to share the stage with academic and industry leaders, including the director of the International Issues Research Institute at Fudan University, the director of the Social Governance and Development Research Institute at Tsinghua University, and the deputy director of the Public Policy and Governance Research Institute at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, discussing topics such as Sino-US relations, the 14th Five-Year Plan outlook, cutting-edge practices and macro impacts of RWA, and tax reforms in the financial investment sector, and delivered a keynote speech on "Outlook on RWA and Macroeconomic Impact."
