🧐 zkVerify: If ZK is the future, then whose job is verification?

Binance Alpha and Futures will launch zkVerify $VFY today

Binance Futures is offering $VFYUSDT with 50x leverage. Such verification layer projects have rarely been listed on Futures before, which is quite unusual.

However, it is actually a very pragmatic and low-profile project. Even with the TGE approaching, many may not be familiar with it:

@ZKVProtocol is not a new L2, not a DEX, and not a comprehensive narrative chain. From its positioning, it focuses on one pure task: verifying zk-proof.

As a future computing protocol, zk has garnered much attention and has been popular for a long time. While others are competing on generators and execution speed, zkVerify is instead focused on the "verification" step ——

Reducing costs, increasing speed, and being compatible with all mainstream proof systems. In simple terms, it needs to meet two core points:

1️⃣ Costs are kept very low (reportedly can be reduced by over 90%)

2️⃣ Runs very fast (verification speed in the millisecond range)

Additionally, being compatible with STARKs / Plonky2 / RiscZero / SP1 / UltraHonk and many other mainstream systems means:

Whether you are working on AI, identity, or financial applications —

As long as you generate a ZK proof, you can throw it to zkVerify for verification.

This essentially separates the "verification" process from others' systems and runs it independently.

If ZK is to become the infrastructure for the next generation of cryptographic computing, then the act of verification is the infrastructure of the infrastructure.

Low-profile, pragmatic, and cleanly positioned. Personally, I believe that if you, like me, are not in it for speculation but care about the future of ZK,
