From the product design perspective, Tycoon offers three core functions:

Community market investment - allows investment in specific communities rather than broad city indices

Managed real estate strategy - comprehensive portfolio management from opportunity identification to trade execution

Liquid real estate - pure speculative trading through SQFT tokens, with prices following real estate price fluctuations

3/ Conclusion

Finally, a few concerns.

The first is that Shareland was established in 2023 and has been somewhat lukewarm. From social media, the overall operation of the project is not very web3 native. This listing of Tycoon feels more like a shell coin issuance or an attempt, raising concerns about whether the team can keep up with the pace of the crypto market.

The second is that the overall Virtuals ecosystem is currently sluggish, and whether it can attract enough attention and funding is still uncertain.
