Leading tokenization platform Securitize has officially entered the Sei blockchain, launching its first tokenized product—the Securitize Tokenized Apollo Diversified Credit Fund (ACRED), providing investors with an on-chain private credit investment channel.

As a leader in the RWA tokenization space, Securitize announced today the completion of its integration with Sei Network and the introduction of the Securitize Tokenized Apollo Diversified Credit Fund (ACRED) to the network as its first live product. Securitize will leverage its official cross-chain interoperability partner Wormhole to enable ACRED tokens to circulate seamlessly across different blockchain ecosystems, significantly enhancing product liquidity and accessibility.

ACRED is a "feeder fund" aimed at qualified investors, providing a tokenized entry point into the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund. The fund employs a diversified global credit investment strategy, covering multiple sub-sectors such as direct corporate lending, asset-backed loans, performing credit, and mismatched credit.

Carlos Domingo, co-founder and CEO of Securitize, stated: "Bringing Securitize's institutional-grade RWA platform to Sei perfectly illustrates how tokenized securities can leverage blockchain technology to make capital markets operate faster, more efficiently, and more globally. We are opening the doors to private credit investment for investors with unprecedented convenience, allowing them to freely choose their preferred blockchain while ensuring the trust and compliance standards required by institutional investors."

This integration fully leverages Sei's technological advantages, bringing numerous innovative features to the tokenized private credit market:

· Precise pricing mechanism: Daily net asset value (NAV) pricing provided by Securitize's official oracle partner Redstone

· Strict compliance assurance: Institutional-grade compliance system equipped with automated reporting and comprehensive KYC/AML controls

· Native DeFi compatibility: Natural DeFi composability to support the construction of enhanced yield strategies

Christine Moy, partner at Apollo and head of digital assets, data, and AI strategy, stated: "The expansion of ACRED to Sei once again demonstrates how blockchain infrastructure can open new pathways for investors to participate in private credit and accelerate digital innovation."

To date, the Securitize platform has completed the tokenization of over $3 billion in assets and has become the official tokenization partner for BlackRock's BUIDL money market fund, as well as funds from Hamilton Lane, KKR, and VanEck.

This strategic integration is a milestone for Sei, marking not only the increasing maturity of its institutional-grade infrastructure but also highlighting Sei's technological strength in attracting real institutional capital to its ecosystem.

Justin Barlow, executive director of the Sei Development Foundation, stated: "Securitize's choice of Sei to expand its RWA platform validates Sei's positioning as an institutional-grade infrastructure. We are witnessing explosive growth in stablecoin adoption and RWA tokenization, and the potential of these markets remains enormous. The private credit market alone is expected to reach $28 trillion by 2028. Sei's infrastructure is meticulously designed to seize this opportunity, fully supporting the innovative development of the next generation of tokenized financial products."

The platform integration between Securitize and Sei will include the following core elements:

· Performance optimization: Smart contract architecture deeply optimized for Sei's parallel processing capabilities

· Compliance customization: Customized compliance modules specifically for regulatory reporting

· Institutional connectivity: Direct seamless integration with institutional-grade custody solutions

The platform will also utilize Sei's native USDC support and enhanced cross-chain messaging mechanisms to achieve seamless asset transfers.
