Sky has probably the best proposal for USDH so far (except for a few formalities like Genius compliance, etc)

- $2.2B PSM instant liquidity

- 4.85% - the highest yield used to buyback Hype

- $25 investment into new protocol on Hyperliquid

- Up to $8b allocation into HL ecosystem (likely little to no allocation in reality)

- Sky can move its Buyback System onto Hyperliquid

Not sure if Sky can win the vote, but the offer is very strong

Expecting one more major proposal for USDH today.
