After reading Teacher Fengmi's tweet, I felt very touched. To expand a bit, as an ordinary person without resources, funds, or background, one can either rely on luck or hard work. Whether one can change their fate is uncertain; if hard work guaranteed success, the number of failures in this world would probably be halved.

Hard work does not necessarily lead to success, but without effort, one can only rely on luck, which does not always come, and no one knows if it will ever arrive. Therefore, for ordinary people, the best approach is to work hard. I started writing novels on Qidian in 2003, opened an online store on Taobao in 2007, began shooting short videos in 2010, and worked part-time as a Didi driver in 2014.

All of these were my efforts to find ways to make money, but unfortunately, most of them failed. Although I tried hard, I did not achieve significant results. Looking back now, if I had persisted in those endeavors I gave up, perhaps there would have been opportunities. I believe I could have succeeded in writing novels; I had already reached four diamonds in my online store, and I often visited the Taobao headquarters in Hangzhou. I was the first UGC streamer on 56.com, and I focused on cooking-themed content. Although I missed the golden time when driving for Didi, it was still a time when I could make money with my eyes closed.

Unfortunately, for various reasons, I could not persist. Now, in the cryptocurrency field, I am glad I have held on. I am just an ordinary person who has been striving for a living all this time. Recently, in Taipei, I was telling my friends that my greatest luck was buying $BTC when it was at a four-digit price, and my greatest persistence has been not selling it until now.

We are all ordinary people, and for us, there may be no shortcuts. We can only forge ahead through difficulties. The challenges we need to overcome may not only be external obstacles but also our own self-doubt. Keep going!
