The first meal after arriving in Taiwan, I went out for a stroll and saw many delicious snacks. I quickly ran to the ATM to withdraw some cash. Interestingly, although the ATMs here support UnionPay, the debit card from Hong Kong's China Merchants Bank can only display the balance and cannot withdraw cash.

On the other hand, withdrawing cash from Singapore's DBS was very easy. I exchanged 2,000 TWD and received 87.5 SGD, with a fee of about 3.5 SGD. Having cash in hand made me much happier. I originally wanted to eat more, but I randomly walked into a barbecue restaurant and ended up spending over 4,000 TWD, which is about 134 USD.

Eating so much alone made me feel like crying, but the taste was quite good. I must try various snacks tomorrow.

After returning to the hotel and finishing the weekly report, I accidentally fell asleep. I have to say that the atmosphere in Taiwan is really nice, and the communication among friends is very friendly. Everyone is very humble. Tomorrow, I will check in at the main venue.
