The weekend homework has become simpler, and nothing significant has happened. However, the game between Trump and the Federal Reserve is not over. Cook is likely to have problems, and the Federal Housing Finance Agency will announce solid information about Cook tomorrow. This could very well level the market's doubts against Trump, as it is quite possible that Trump has indeed found misconduct among the Federal Reserve Board members, turning the questions against Trump into questions against the Federal Reserve.
The market sentiment over the weekend has not changed much. Although Friday's decline did not continue into Saturday, it is still a period of low liquidity. What will happen when the U.S. stock market opens on Monday remains uncertain. However, what I know is that the main game is still as mentioned at the beginning, which is the struggle between Trump and the Federal Reserve, between the aggressive rate-cutting faction and the conservative no-rate-cutting faction.
Although the data does not look good, and Trump does not care about the data, the non-farm payroll and unemployment rate data to be released next Friday may still be crucial in determining whether there will be a rate cut in September or whether the U.S. market will enter a downturn.
Looking at the data for Bitcoin, liquidity has started to retract after entering the weekend, which is very normal. If the price fluctuation is not large, tomorrow's turnover rate will be lower. In fact, this situation is the most relaxed over the weekend. When the weekend volatility increases, it may indicate that the market has new movements; without significant fluctuations, it suggests that investor sentiment is leaning towards stabilization.
From the current support perspective, $108,000 is within the current support range. Unless there is new negative information, the probability of breaking below the $102,000 to $108,000 range is low. Even if it does break, as long as it does not break the level, the probability of a rebound is also quite high.
