Why sell to Heritage at $3.40 when the market price of $IP is $5.79?

The Story Foundation uses $82 million to buy back in the secondary market, assuming the execution is completed in 90 days, with an average daily buying pressure of $910,000. Given the current trading volume of $IP, this sustained buying pressure can have a substantial price impact.
2/ Compliance Path and Ecological Expansion
More importantly, the design of the compliance path. By collaborating with traditional listed companies, $IP provides traditional investors with an investment channel that does not require wallet interaction—holding Heritage stock is equivalent to indirectly gaining exposure to $IP.

Even if the buyback effect is limited, $IP has a backup plan:
The team is getting involved in building. Story has incubated the AI project @psdnai, completing a $15 million seed round led by a16z. The team is personally engaging in the ecosystem, a strategy that has been validated on Sui with good results.
