Therefore, most retail investors have been relatively rational and did not choose to chase long positions at high levels! Continuing to look at the 4-hour chart of Ethereum, the Bollinger Bands are once again narrowing downwards, with the lower band rising but showing a weak divergence from EMA30. It is evident that EMA30 has also been adjusted downwards. If this range cannot be held, it will return to the MA30 and MA60 range; the MACD also shows bearish signals, with the first contraction in three days about to form a death cross. During the day, it is crucial to pay attention to the strength of the volume below the 0 axis and whether it will further form a bearish trend; KDJ and RSI also show bearish signals, and we need to guard against the overbought area turning down at any time!
On the daily level, the Bollinger Bands are narrowing, with the upper band pressing down below 3940, indicating that the highs have been capped, but the middle and lower bands continue to rise. Currently, we should consider the middle band as the first support. It is important to note that the KDJ and RSI lines have just started to cross down from the overbought area, and the MACD's fast and slow lines are also showing a narrowing pattern. Once a death cross forms, the bearish trend will continue for a long time, which everyone must be cautious about, especially at the key points of the middle band, EMA7, and EMA10! The strategy remains unchanged, suggesting to focus on short positions during rebounds, while short-term attention should be on the 4-hour support nodes for potential entry!
