Currently, from the perspective of technical indicators, the daily chart shows that the overall state is a high-level consolidation. On July 26 and 27, small bullish candles were formed, but they did not break through the previous key resistance. On the hourly chart, the price has tested the pressure around 118,300 multiple times before retreating, indicating some selling pressure in the short term. The hourly MACD is below the zero line, with the DIF and DEA forming a death cross and gradually converging, indicating weakening bearish momentum; the daily MACD is still above the zero line, but the red bars are shortening, showing a neutral trend. The hourly RSI is at 58.29, close to the overbought zone but not yet in it, indicating limited upward momentum in the short term; the daily RSI is at 62.66, maintaining a strong area; the hourly EMA7 is close to the current price, providing short-term support; both EMA30 and EMA120 are diverging upwards, indicating a bullish trend in the medium to long term.
