Ethereum's rebound yesterday was slightly stronger than expected, but still within a reasonable range. The Bollinger Bands on the 1-hour chart for Ethereum have opened up again, with the lower band currently descending to the EMA30 position. The next support can be observed in the EMA60 and EMA80 range. If it breaks down, we will see the EMA120 and trend line positions, which is also the psychological target position expected by Lihui. From the dead cross pattern in the MACD, a short-term pullback is possible, and the KDJ and RSI three lines are also turning weak in the oversold area; however, Ethereum has been relatively strong recently, which can be seen by Bitcoin fans, so a slow descent is a normal phenomenon.
In the 4-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands channel is narrowing, especially with the lower band rising quickly. The daily K-line approached the upper band and then faced pressure, falling back to the current middle band position. Lihui's target for short positions is to first look at the middle band and EMA30 range. If it strongly breaks the EMA30, it can be held; conversely, if it finds support, then it can be a good entry point for long positions. From the KDJ and RSI three lines' patterns, there is also a bearish trend, but the fast and slow lines are currently converging after a golden cross and have not yet formed a dead cross, so we need to guard against the possibility of a second upward divergence, which needs to be closely monitored, especially in the middle band and EMA30 range. Additionally, the daily middle band has reached 3655, so shorting should be done with caution! Those who have not entered can pay attention to the daily middle band support and the 4-hour upper band for entry!
