The emergence of the altcoin season is inevitably accompanied by a surge of overflow funds, and if there are no overflow funds, where would the altcoin season come from? Currently, the main buyers of $ETH are ETF investors, or primarily BlackRock investors. These investors, let's not even mention whether they have exited the market; even if they did, would they engage in altcoins?

This question has already been answered by $BTC before, so for the altcoin season to occur, it still requires the funds within the crypto circle to become active. However, at present, this portion of funds is more invested in Bitcoin, and there are no obvious signs of them exiting the market, so the altcoin season may need to wait a bit longer.

What we can currently see is that the FOMO sentiment is gradually fading, and what is needed is new positive stimuli. This recent drop had no specific reason, just like the drop below $116,000 a couple of days ago, which had no direct negative reasons; it was merely a normal market reaction.

Currently, the main market contention still revolves around tariffs and monetary policy.
