From Tuesday to Friday on weekdays, I spend about 10 hours or more each day on reading and writing, with writing taking a bit longer. Reading mainly consists of news and current events, and then I look at a few key data points. Since I'm quite familiar with it, I don't spend much time on that.
Saturday and Sunday are the most relaxing times because the U.S. stock market is closed, and Trump is off playing golf, so there aren't many issues. If it weren't for geopolitical conflicts, I would probably spend the whole day binge-watching shows, playing sports, etc. After getting tired from playing, I start writing and looking at data, which takes about 4 hours each day.
Monday during the day is quite free since there's not much to do, and I start working in the evening, where about 5 hours is usually enough.
On weekdays when I'm not writing, I occasionally play a game (gacha) for an hour or watch a movie; otherwise, I hardly have any substantial free time. I don't do much in terms of fragmented tasks.
