I have practiced meditation in many places around the world, which has brought me a lot of help. I persist every day, 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. After several years of persistence, it seems that my investments and work have been aided by some divine force, bringing many benefits.

Recently, during my trip to Yunnan, I encountered quite a few fans who reported issues such as declining memory, frequent insomnia, and inability to concentrate. My advice to them is: start learning meditation.

Meditation is a deliberate practice of self-body awareness. When you can constantly be aware of your breathing, you can control many things in the real world, especially the inner manifestation issues triggered by yourself. As Yuval Noah Harari, the author of "Sapiens," said: "If you can't even observe your own breathing, such a simple thing, and your thoughts are always drifting, unable to concentrate, how can you truly understand the deeper economic or political systems of the real world?"

When you can perceive each breath, the aforementioned issues of memory and insomnia will be easily resolved. Because once you start meditating, breathing is no longer just breathing.

It immediately transforms into a flow of energy that anchors your body, just like a V8 engine, where you can precisely sense the depth of each press of the accelerator pedal and the resulting sound differences. Achieving a regular, rhythmic, flowing life energy cycle is a wonderful thing because most people have never been aware of their breathing before, and this can make such a big difference.

When we fully concentrate our awareness on our breath, maintaining a 4-2-6 rhythm (4 seconds inhaling, 2 seconds holding, 6 seconds exhaling), or a comfortable breathing rhythm for your body, and stay in harmony with it, it will help us consolidate scattered energy and center ourselves.

Breathing reminds us to maintain harmony with our bodies and, in moments of complete awareness and meditation, to face all other experiences with mindfulness. When we maintain mindfulness on our breath, it automatically helps us establish a greater sense of peace and tranquility in both body and mind.

At the same time, our thoughts and emotions will gain a greater degree of calmness and awareness. This allows us to view things more clearly, with a broader perspective, and with long-term persistence and regular practice, we can receive different electromagnetic signals. From a physics perspective, any biological entity scaled down to its smallest unit is an energy body, radiating energy to the universe in wave form. Energy waves of the same frequency will ultimately attract and receive each other, and within these waves, there are often certain signals. Higher-dimensional beings can receive and interpret these signals, gaining different thoughts and insights.

You must believe that time in the universe may not flow in a positive direction; in higher-dimensional spaces, time may flow in reverse, from the future to the past. However, in our three-dimensional human space, time flows positively, from now to the future. Just like the author of "Homo Deus," he may have already received future signal waves of reverse time from higher dimensions, interpreting them and thus having the ability to foresee the future. The greatest mystery of meditation lies in increasing the energy density of the brain, obtaining a wider spectrum of receiving frequencies, and gaining future electromagnetic signals.

Because of this feeling, during several financial mini-storms, I have repeatedly had perceptions during meditation. After decisively liquidating or reducing positions, significant turmoil occurred in the financial markets shortly thereafter. For example, in early May before May 19, 2021, and again in February of this year. Similar feelings of unease during meditation have occurred, which have never happened in my regular meditation process; it is truly magical. I believe this awareness has helped me avoid many risks in the past, which is indescribably wonderful.
