I'm very happy that someone asked this question. For ETH, I calculated all the gaps and then calculated all the gaps that were filled, resulting in this ratio. For BTC, because the time span is too long and there are too many gaps, I only calculated all the gaps starting from 2020 and all the filled gaps. This is not just empty talk; I have previously written about the statistical process, and those interested can look it up.

Additionally, all the gaps I counted are based on daily charts; I skipped the hourly charts, so just looking at the daily charts is sufficient. The probability of gaps being filled is indeed quite high, but gaps are somewhat of a metaphysical concept. I remember that I once calculated that the probability of being filled within a year was over 80% (I forgot the exact number).

However, a gap does not necessarily mean it will be filled. Therefore, the gap theory is best treated as a reference and may not necessarily provide directional judgment factors.
