This statement puts an end to today's "sale" controversy.

The unfounded rumor about Binance potentially being sold has been circulating since last year, and I've heard many strange versions of it. However, adhering to the principle that unverified information should not be spread recklessly, I have never brought it up for discussion.

I believe exchanges are the hardest entities to "change ownership." The founder's style and philosophy are embedded in the very fabric of the exchange, and the outcome of a sale is likely to be negative; Huobi has already set a precedent in this regard.

This time, both @heyibinance and @cz_binance have stated: we welcome communication with top strategic partners, but there is no intention to sell. I feel that this matter no longer needs to be discussed.

This incident also highlights the remarkable effect of rumor propagation; being a rational person is not easy!
