I have been in this industry for many years, let's have a heart-to-heart talk.

Good evening, I am Zhou Yueying. In the quiet of the night, let's talk about our inner thoughts. I may not have the fame of various famous teachers on the internet, but I have been in this industry for nearly eight years since graduating from a financial university. I love my profession. Over the past eight years, I have had almost no holidays and stayed up late almost every day to monitor the market. I have often stayed up all night to resolve a client's position, not only to resolve the position but also to have frequent heart-to-heart conversations with them. In this profession, mindset always comes first. After so many years, from being a novice assistant to later becoming an independent client analyst, and now being able to stand on my own as a senior analyst, I hope to share with you the ins and outs of this journey:

From the beginning of trading crude oil, every non-farm payroll report used to evoke different reactions from clients. Some saw it as an opportunity, while others felt despondent. For me, these two words represent my concerns about the entire industry. I don't know when the term "hype" started to appear. I always thought it was only prevalent in the entertainment industry or in commercial circles, but I never expected it to infiltrate my industry. At that time, I told myself that I couldn't do anything that would make me regret or suffer inner torment. I don't make reckless calls for trading positions, and if everyone follows my trades, frequent losses could lead to significant losses for everyone. Is that something a responsible person would do? Once a position is called, it's like a royal decree because there are hundreds of people waiting for the teacher's position. I have to be responsible to these hundreds of people. If you think the number of positions I call is too few, then you can go elsewhere to seek fortune.

Compared to other teachers who call positions, I call relatively fewer positions. Why? Because I pursue the quality of the positions, not the quantity. I consider the profitability of the accounts, not just your small commission fees. If I were to pursue your small commission fees, I could easily call 30 positions every day. Don't forget, my mentor is an expert in short-term trading. So, at the beginning, I absorbed knowledge from various sources like crazy, enriched myself, and gained more say in the market. I wanted my clients who followed me to truly achieve what I say every day, "steady trading, long-term profit." I am also grateful that after three years of learning, when I started independently managing clients, I was still trading foreign gold. In the first month, I doubled the funds of 13 real account clients, and I also received my first honor in life—the king of calls in the financial industry. Currently, I have been in the coin circle for nearly 4 years. If you have any problems with trading, feel free to consult me, and I will definitely give you a satisfactory answer.

As a young person, it is inevitable that after achieving these, my inner self began to swell with blind confidence and impetuosity, and I forgot my initial intentions. Clients also began to incur losses one after another. September 15, 2016, is a time I will always remember. It was the first time in over three years that one of my clients experienced a margin call, and it was also the first time I shed tears. It was for my clients, and it made me wake up. I made what I believe was the right decision—I bought a plane ticket to Shenzhen the next day to meet the client who had a margin call. Before facing the client, I had countless thoughts in my mind, thinking about how to respond to the client's various accusations. But when I actually faced the client, she didn't blame me. Instead, she thanked me for accompanying her every day until the market closed, for the excitement of every call notifying her of a profitable exit, and for the comfort during every loss. It was at that moment that I truly understood the meaning behind the three words "analyst," and it strengthened my determination to be an "analyst with a clear conscience."

Since then, I have had my own persistence—no more than 5 calls per day, and no calls without market conditions. I also want to say to those analysts who manipulate clients for trading volume: even for small clients with only tens of thousands of funds, it's difficult for them to manage their positions on their own. Do you know? They could face a margin call with just one position, and the pressure they have to bear is something you can't understand. I recently encountered a client who was really struggling. They had saved up their hard-earned money for many years, and in just a few days, they had almost nothing left due to losses. When they came to me, they could only trade with a small amount of funds. What should I do? There was no opportunity to add to the position. Listening to the client's hardships, you are not worthy of being called an analyst. Do you not feel guilty when clients call you "teacher"? Although we are not educators, we have a responsibility to ourselves. Have you stayed up late with clients? How many clients have complained that their previous teacher would just say "set a good stop-loss and hold overnight" after 10 pm and then go to sleep? Do you know how the client feels at that time? It's so cold. You left, and they were left staring at the market, feeling lost. Do you know that feeling? I know that your technical analysis skills may not differ much. The key is the attitude towards clients. I know that you all have the ability to help clients make money. But I hope you can sincerely treat every client, especially small clients. I really don't want to hear their complaints anymore. Oh, the hardships. Can you all contribute to the honor of our entire industry? Money is endless. I hope you can truly live up to the title of analyst. I am also very grateful to those who have worked tirelessly with me day and night for this industry. It is your support that has kept me going until today. Thank you. Also, thank you for reading this article. If you have any questions, you can scan the QR code below to get in touch.
