During the European session, there was a bearish pullback to around 3500; whether the first support at 3450 can be effectively supported or breached should be seen tonight. It can be expected that if it is supported, the range will continue to oscillate between 3700 and 3450; if breached, the probability of the previously expected AB=CD pattern from last Friday will start to increase.

ETH/4H/3H Technical Trend Analysis: The 4-hour and 3-hour price trends are basically consistent, maintaining oscillation and consolidation within the 3700-3450 range. The 3-hour chart closed with a relatively determined bearish candlestick pattern at 2 pm; the 4-hour chart needs to wait for the 4 pm closing in Beijing time. If the 4-hour chart also closes with a determined bearish candlestick pattern at 3500 or even below, the probability of further decline in the evening will increase. It is recommended to pay attention to short opportunities below 3600.

Although a bullish candlestick pattern was formed last Sunday, the first resistance for Ethereum is at 3700, and the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level and the midline of the Bollinger Bands have obvious suppression, along with many other resistance levels. Conversely, if it falls below 3700, the previously mentioned AB=CD pattern from last Friday will have the opportunity to reach completion.
