After reaching a high of 4000, Ethereum quickly came under pressure and retraced. The price did not stay above 4000 for long and was suppressed, dropping all the way to around 3500, a decrease of over 500 points. The intensity of this retracement is quite significant. From an hourly perspective, ETH has reached a short-term peak. The key point of this retracement at the 3500 level is crucial. If it cannot hold, there may be a second round of testing, and the next level to watch would be around 3250.

The short-term strategy for ETH remains primarily bearish. It can be boldly shorted in the range of 3655-3675.
